I’m Funmi Oni. I’m an Executive and a Coach dedicated to coaching people for Success and Wellbeing in their lives.

I’ve created Ataraxia Coaching because I’ve been told that my unique perspective and insight in coaching young people and adults are life changing.

I coach a diverse spectrum of people, from professionals to young adults and people who are neurodiverse. I support and work with individuals and organisations to bring about positive change for all, I am passionate and focused on:”

• Helping individuals achieve their full potential by being their true selves in their educational, social, home and work environments.
• Supporting people on their journey to self-discovery, success and wellbeing while reaching their life and career goals.
• Working with individuals and organisations to further understanding, champion inclusivity and embrace neurodiversity in education and at work thereby reaping the benefits that come from neurodiverse minds.

During my career spanning 30 years as a management consultant, I worked for renowned organisations including IBM, NatWest, The Royal Bank of Scotland and as an IT Director for one of the Big 4 Accounting firms, KPMG. I’ve had the pleasure of working with, managing, mentoring, and coaching a wide range of amazing people in an enriching environment.
My experiences partnered with having the honour of being a mother and a coach to two neurodiverse children, now exceptional young adults, means that I bring a unique and fresh perspectives to all my clients gained from years of lived experiences, professional and personal, that have offered both challenges and successes.
I have dedicated myself to working with all my clients to achieve their individual personal goals, to have a sense of wellbeing and to be the best versions of themselves.

I have a diploma in ADHD (Distinction), I am a member of the National UK Therapists Register (SFTR) and I am ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coaching Educated.
