Marine creates a compassionate environment for clients to delve into and understand their thoughts, feelings and inner conflicts. As an integrative counsellor, she tailors her approach to each client, utilising diverse tools aligned with their unique needs and individual lived experiences. Marine’s mission is to facilitate her clients’ journey towards making choices aligned with their values, and discovering their true, authentic selves.
She does this by working with an existential framework, which examines the individual’s existence, subjective experience, freedom, choice, and the search for meaning in life. She also uses psychodynamic theory to unravel present feelings, behavioural patterns, and current issues that might be rooted in the past.
With a comprehensive understanding of pressures, anxieties and dilemmas impacting individuals in their personal and professional spheres, Marine recognises how these can affect coping strategies, choices and personal autonomy. Marine seeks to explore the individual’s search for purpose and encourage individuals to explore their authentic selves and values. No Records Found
