Therapy Categories: Child Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
I am pleased to be able to offer play and NLP therapeutic session to individuals and small groups via face-to-face or online platform. I am also offering training to adults, supporting parents to develop more balance and harmony relationship with children and teachers in schools.
I work with a variety of issues as listed below, including but not limited to anxiety, self-esteem, anger, trauma, learning difficulties and parent-child conflict. I have a doctorate in Education providing me with knowledge and expertise in supporting students with mental health and special educational needs as well as creative strategies (LEGO play, NLP, Self-regulation) to help children, parents and teachers make the changes needed.
I love to work with children, parents and teachers and I do believe that we can support your child or teenager:
(1) to overcome challenges
(2) to build confidence, self-esteem and motivation
(3) to make positive change
(4) to learn successfullyIn adult training sessions, the creative strategies provide teachers and parents with a toolbox, a toolbox of skills to help you think more usefully about the world and how you can change the self within that world.
We will have a deep sense of understanding and self-awareness gained through psychotherapy can lead to meaningful change, an increase in self-esteem, better personal and relationships with others and a sense of healing and fulfillment in life. Send me an email to arrange an initial consultation.
