I offer a blend of Nutrition Coaching and Life Coaching aimed at supporting positive healthy changes in habits and lifestyle choices. I aim to work with people who wish to take ownership of their health in a holistic way which encompasses their diet, daily movement, sleep, stress management and long term health goals. I am a level 3 qualified Nutrition Coach, I have a Diploma in Life Coaching and am working towards becoming a qualified YMCA accredited Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Pure Stretch Pro.
I offer a course of 6x 1hr individual habits coaching sessions which should be sufficient to set clients off and running on their own. I also offer adhoc follow-up sessions for those who have completed the course and feel they would benefit from a reviewing or refocusing their progress.
