I work with individuals to identify barriers to their achievements and attainments across a wide range of disciplines. Together, we explore ways of recognising what is holding them back from taking the steps they need to make in order to progress towards certain achievements, whether they be for professional or personal gain. A unique blend of therapies is called upon, including NLP and CBT, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Psychotherapy and creative activities such as drawing and singing, to help the individual to move forward and overcome these blockages to enable progression and ultimately, attainment of goals. Making a career change, passing an exam, self-improvement, getting a place on a course, or job interviews are all examples of goals that have become achievable for past clients.
