I deliver a variety of interventions that support recovery from trauma, including; Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Kinetic Shift (KS) with or without hypnosis, Brainspotting, HeartMath, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT,) and Matrix Reimprinting with EFT. I also provide certain complimentary therapies to support an individual’s recovery journey or just for relaxation.
